Noted for its elegant foliage, Giant Timber Bamboo (Phyllostachys vivax), a tall bamboo (20 - 49 ft.), is excellent in groves. The culms (canes) are not completely straight and are slightly grooved. Newer culms are initially a bluish color. Plant in full sun and keep well watered during hot summer months. 10" pot.
