Corkscrew Rush (Juncus effusus spiralis), an interestingly spiraling water grass, features dark green wire-like spirals that grow best in sun to part shade.� Cut back old stems in late winter.� Grows to heights of 14" and should be spaced anywhere from 9"-12" apart in mass plantings.
