Blue Medusa Rush (Juncus inflexus 'Afro') features blue/grey foliage, reaching 12 to 18 inches in height.� Blue Medusa Rush is similar to Corkscrew Rush (Juncus effuses spiralis) in form, but grows larger by approximately 6 inches.� It is also somewhat drought tolerant, working well in average garden soil, although it is a favorite ornamental grass for boggy areas or as a marginal water grass.�
