Large blue-green foliage!

Banks Peninsula Blue Fescue (Festuca actae 'Banks Peninsula Blue') forms a small tussock with fine rolled blue green foliage. The erect flowering stems reach 30" height. Prefers full sun but grows best in light shade in southern climates. Plant in moist, well drained soil.
