'North Winds' Switchgrass (Panicum virgatum 'North Winds'), like most switchgrasses, has an upright habit. It's wide, steel blue leaves make it a standout in the landscape. The foliage turns golden yellow in the fall. Prefers full sun in moist to dry soils.
